This policy explains what Table For 2 ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email and, if you provide it, phone number.
- Your watchlist: restaurants, dates, times, party size and any notes you share.
- Booking records: reservations we make for you and their confirmations.
- Payment details: collected and stored by Stripe. We see only limited details such as card brand and last four digits.
- Referral information: if you arrive through a partner or concierge link, the referral code.
How we use it
- To watch for openings and send you alerts.
- To make reservations in your name when you've turned on booking.
- To bill memberships, deposits and fees you've agreed to.
- To send service messages and, if you opt in, occasional updates.
- To credit concierge partners for referrals.
Who we share it with
- Restaurants and their booking platforms: your name, email and phone, only when making a reservation for you.
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Google (email and data storage), Netlify (website hosting), and similar providers that process data for us.
- Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
We record bookings made through us and may confirm them to restaurants.
Text messages
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. Restaurants may text you about reservations we make for you; reply STOP to their messages to opt out.
Retention and security
We keep your information while you use the service and for a reasonable period afterward for records, billing and legal purposes. We use reputable providers and limit access to your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop using your data for updates, by emailing tablefor2.concierge@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
